3) He has two good coaches in place
4) He is quite intelligent for a footballer
5) He has the support of the Norwich people
6) He has the support of the players
7) Chippy and Deehan should do well with the type of players we have
8) Gunny knows Sralex
9) He's f**king hoooge, you wouldn't mess
10) 90% of football management is about psychology and I believe the players will play for him if he can motivate rather than bully and moan
11) All managerial appointments are gambles and no-one knows what will happen so just support him.

If it goes wrong then moan at the Board. Until then, give the bloke a chance.
