Agree with all of that.

Roeder did a cracking job of clearing out dead-wood, both in terms of players, and behind the scenes, and brought in some good or at least promising players.

Cant help but think that a manager like Boothroyd or Ince would see it as his job to start that process all over again - and you can't afford that every year, can you?
