Hear bloody Hear!

We're clearly trying something a little different. I think there's a really good mix between coaching experience, and a man who the players know, respect and look up to.

Gunny's not going to turn into an arsehole overnight, the players know that and will perform.

I'm very optomisitc actually, and glad that we haven't gone down another failed manager route.

ANd we have the option to see where we are and what's required in the summer.

Everyone wins.
