my problem with ince is

1. he did well at macca but that was a case of kicking arse and motivating an under performing side...like roeder last year ,....can he take things on?
2. He did well at MK but they were a big side for that league and he had cash
3. He appears a bit old school.

the key is all about delia. Is she just treading water until a buyer so not much investment, maybe a short term appt ? or is she re committed going to sink 4m in and try to re establish the team, so therefore a more ambitious long term appointment may be in order. Given the supporters atmosphere and attitude toward her i suspect its the former. I wish it was the latter as i dont think anyone serious is going to buy us.
