I'd like to think so but I'm not sure,

Part of me thinks though that he's been in and around the club for a long time. He must have seen all sorts and I suspect he's learnt a lot from the mistakes of others. Experience wise he doesn't have any as the man in charge but I'm fairly sure with the stuff he's had to endure while working there, he certainly knows a thing or two. I think his perspective of being on the inside of the club, but outside the management team is an interesting point of view. He will see things differently to other people. It would be a massive gamble to bring him in full time but who knows!
