Not sure I really liked Roeders, always banging on about how certain people were great...

hooman beans. Yet his actions re: Lappin and Hucks show that he wasn't a fantastic hooman bean himself.

I also don't get his, "never have regrets, its a worthless human emotion" s**t. It's quite illogical in some ways. If you don't regret something, you might not learn from a mistake. Because if you'd made a bad decision you might regret it and think twice next time? Might explain why he hasn't learnt to not get sacked in his second season!
