I don't think this league is in the same state as the Prem yet, but having supported Norwich for 25 years I remember when success was achievable by getting a good manager & group of players and failure didn't result in wholesale change of the team/management and financial ruin of the club.

In sport things should go in cycles, you win some you lose some. Football has, with each passing year, just turned into a vast gravy train for all involved - & we're paying for it!
