While I agree with your thoughts on Roeders long term plans

it was quite plain that the GR was losing the PR battle by his own failings. I don't agree he was a s**t manager....He did his job this time last season but this season it started to go wrong and it seemed he had run out of ideas and the board money...Thats when he started fighting everyone...I think the loss of Clark was the reason he lost the dressing room.

At the end of the day the board couldn't back his long term plans so he had to go...now what we need is unity.
