If tonights little revelation hasn't opened everyones eyes to just how appaling the clubs decision makers are at their jobs then nothing will.

All the board needs to do is find a manager with some experience and bring him in on a temporary contract until the end of the season.

He doesn't need to be the best manager in the world, just someone the players and fans can respect and get behind.

If they could combine that with a PR coup like getting Hucks back on loan for a month or so then we'd have a good platform to build on.

We have a squad that should be able to survive. The players just need the fans behind them and a manager who can rebuild their confidence.

Trying to get Worthington back shows a spectacular lack of judgment and probably goes an awful long way to proving just why the club is in such a mess. Both on and off the field.
