The feeling was actually worse at the end than when GR was sacked.
Because it was a slow death and the board refused to act. The hatred from the crowd was horrific.

I Think Boothroyd or Robins would be a better choice just from the point of uniting the crowd behind the team

Worthy would make the reponse very half hearted unless he is carrying Hucks on his shoulders.

Who can forget his "I dont care what the fans think" comments or his post match fairy tales where he would claim we played well when everyone who went said we were just terrible.
