I remain to be convinced how good a manager he is.
His plan A worked excellently, his B didn't exist.

He may well do ok now, may keep us up, I wouldn't really trust him to spend our pathetically limited funds though.
Crouch and Hucks were both one offs. There won't be another player of Crouches ability being left to rot in prem reserves, nor another hucks kicking around.
