Is our board smart enough to have a plan?

I would really like to believe that our board had some kind of plan in place to impliment should they sack Roeder.

Hopefully they will have already spoken to a out of work manager about taking over (pre Roeder sacking) and something will be announced very soon, thus allowing the new man maximum time to get in some new players and settle in with his new team.

Or will they have decided to sack Roeder on a whim after the awful game in the cup and have no real plan of action ready to act on?

Unfortunately as much as I can't believe the latter scenario to be true, nothing surprises me with our board anymore.

Thoughts?
