Astounded so many people are in favour of Boothroyd.

He'd be disasterous. One lucky run into the play offs one year and people think he's the new Bob Paisley! We currently have a team of midgets so I hardly think his brand of football is going to improve our dire goals for column. Twelve months from today and we'll just be discussing all this again. For what it's worth I'd favour Mark Robins. Not for his City connections because I personally don't think all that 'Old boy' rubbish is important. He does however have a good record of running a club on next to no budget (handy for us) and possibly, more importantly, will know of quite a few half decent lower division players to snaffle up on the cheap. Something Roeder definately wasn't capable of. But what do I know? I've never been England manager either.
