This would be my criteria of appointing the next manager

Absolute essentials:

1. Some managerial experience
2. A clear motivator of men/players
3. Plays football on the ground (not just through personal preference of style but the players he will inherit)

Essential:

4. Previous history of some sort of promotional success
5. Good contacts in the game for loanees
6. Likeable personality
7. Never managed a team to relegation
8. Previous history of putting a decent team together on the cheap

Desirable:

9. Previous ties with the club/understands the fans of ncfc

Oh and should be written into his contract that he gets Hucks at least on loan.
