Sorry - not with his lack of experience

I loved him as a player, and he's doing really well at Rotherham. But that involves fighting a League 2 relegation battle. The position we're in, we cannot afford to give it to someone with no managerial experience in this league, and no proven (ie. over two or three years at least) track record. See how he gets on there over the next couple of seasons, and then he could be a candidate - but no way is he ready yet.
