Spot on

Been reading the board all morning and that's the first reasoned response to the situation I've read. I was all for Roeder until fairly recently, but you can only judge him on results and, frankly, they've been piss poor for too long.

We need to look at finding a manager to steady the ship, no ones coming in to invest/take over, the players we have are exactly what we will have at the end of the transfer window, next season will be loans and possibly a couple of the youngsters coming through.

Only but i disagree with is Worthy, Him staying on too long is actually the root cause of where we are now, in my opinion, look at the squad we had when we were relegated from the prem...
