I want this mess sorted more than I want promotion...

I want long term aims and goals and if that means taking a few steps back for a few seasons then so be it. This mess isn't going to go away over night it is football wide and more than few clubs may not exist at the end of it. I want NCFC to still be here and fighting after it all clears up. I believe a way to start is to reduce the wage bill... get rid of the high earners and start to do a bit more scouting and youth development.
