I think we need to get relegated. Sell all the so called talent. Get in a new young manager. Go for a complete restructuring of the team make it a few experienced individuals in important positions and bring in youth team palyers and start to put more emphasis on scouting lower league and non-league youngsters. we need change a big change and losing the 10,000 or so fans that joined in the prem season may not be such a bad thing either. I don't care if we are in the prem or division 4. I just want an end to the s**t atmosphere that is around the club.
