Can you trust Delia to appoint the right replacement? I dont!

Here lays our problem. I hate the fact that we have turned into a club that needs to change manager on an annual basis. I have up to now stated that we should keep Roeder even though I think he is useless, however I now believe he has to go.

The problem is appointing the right manager in the first place, who in their right mind would have given Peter Grant the job when he had no experience?! WHo would have given Roeder the job given his appaling record everywhere else? Hamilton was a scummer, and we got lucky with Worthington as he was Hamiltons assistant.

The problem is now that if we get rid if Roeder we will end up with Peter Reid or Carlton Palmer, the board are as incompetent as the terrible string of managers they choose to appoint.
