If the rumour about bottom 4 = boot with only a months pay isn't true

then as we'll have to pay the numpty anyway if we sacked him, how about 'promoting' Roeder to director of football. Would suit his ego and then we could get in Boothroyd & Mackay or another management team who can motivate the players but still take advantage of Roeders contacts to get us loanee's etc if the new man desired.

Just an idea to stop us having to waste cash constantly paying off people with no return.
