Motivation's what we need....

with Roeder wacky team selections, bizzare substitutions and sounding off all the time it's no surprise the team seems demotivated and lacking confidence. He's a snide know it all and i bet he comes across like this to the players.

There being no money for a replacement isn't the issue - this lot arent playing for him and i see no sign that they will improve under him.
