I've lost count of how many times players have been "locked in the dressing room"
What is the point?
Glenn "Look guys, you didn't play well again tonight, don't do it again, cos I'm the one looking a c**t not you" (players snigger)
Players "sorry boss" (sniggering)
Glenn "Right, it's a lock in"
Players (CHEERS)
Glenn "Not that kind of lock in you thick tossers. So, as I was saying, don't play badly, play better. Score more goals"
