Can't help thinking

That if we get rid of Roeder we're going to end up with another Grant type character, I.E. cheap and inexperienced, not to say that's not a reason to get rid of him, perhaps we'll get a bit of a bounce with someone new, keep us up...

Long term though the only solution is investment, the ONLY way we're going to attract the players we need to get out of this league (in the right direction) or even stay in it, is cold hard cash. Grant had no money, Roeder has no money, Worthy had the money but f**ked it up...

As for sacking the board, all good and well, but who replaces them? There isn't exactly anyone kicking the door in to take over...
