Delia could sell the club for a million next week, admitadly vastly below what she wants for the club, but it'd be cheap enough for the new owner to fund a few new players, as they'd likely to have a bit more than a million in total available.
The problem is that delia wants a lot more than that, and sadly either a) no one (bar cash rich arabs) has that sort of cash at the moment (i.e. liquidity issues; b) cannot raise the cash via finance markets due to credit crunch; or c) feel the club isn't worth what delia is asking.
Which basically points to Roeder going, as it's the only 'quick fix' which might improve things. Unless of course, it's actually more expensive to sack him, than to get relegated with Roeder at the helm and suffer from lower revenue in league 1. A very scary thought.
