Just to digress back to Norwich if i may....

...Am I right in thinking we still don't have an assistant manager? If so I think we could do worse than Fleming, he is a fiery character that our touchline is currently lacking and could be the motivator we need. He is a Norwich favourite and his appointment would ease some pressure on Roeder and I think he would benefit the dressing room. His fitness levels and knowledge could also be of benefit to the club and prising him from lowestoft could merely cost a pre season friendly.
