I think it clearly demonstrates that if you steadfastly pursue a policy of having inadequate scouting then it's preferable - as Mr Doncaster has so sagely pointed out - to bring double-barrelled w**kers in on loan rather than on permanent deals.

Personally I think it would be better to have proper scouts but what do I know?
