Today represented the long term for me, but it did so with us in trouble

We're going in the right direction, and today was nothing to do with Roeder, we did what we could in that game with what we had

As I've already said below about the striker, Roeder wants a big striker, and we haven't got one that suits. Every other position has been nicely covered since taking over grant, and we look a few things short of a good team

The Roeder out stuff made nil sense most of the game. Especially as the people around me were admitting we were playing ok but were still coming out with the anti stuff
