Complaining about the board is all well and good...

...but unless there's a set of people ready and willing to take over, I don't see much point.

Now Roeder, however, is different. We need someone who can and will make the best of limited resources and inspire and organise the players we have into an effective team. That isn't happening - and that's why Roeder should go, IMO.
