probably too late for the window right!

so its back to the loan market.

And back to exactly where we are now except we have to pay off Roeder and pay for anew manager and his team to come in.

Sorry if I am being relaistic but this hiring and firing after 1 season has never worked.

Its nearly always a sign that the problems are much bigger than the manager.
