does this sum up the pro and cons of keeping roeder

Pros
can buy good players (clingan, bell)
will stand up to the players
he is expensive to sack
the has been unlucky with some results
we play football "in the right way"
who else will take over
he hasnt had the cash he needs to sort out the mess grant left

Cons
suspect man management skills
only won 19 in 60 and does not include our crap cup form (11 in 40 on recent league form)
poor relationship with squad (rumoured)
poor relations with fans
good chance of relegation on current form
poor record at other clubs
city is a desirable job to other managers (ince, tisdale etc)
has his relationships been so ruined that its irretrievable and he must go as he will eventually sooner rather than later
predictable lack of a centre forward
the new manager effect (normally worth 9 points! might be crucial!)
