Try using a different browser, like the big feller suggests.

I've never had any problems viewing the highlights with Firefox.

If you're using Internet Explorer, I'd advise you to use a different browser anyway - IE does not offer you the best in the way of online security. Particularly if you're following some of the links posted by reprobates off here.
