i agree 100%. we are in the s**t and the players need

to relax and enjoy their football, then they might play better. I dont perform at my best when i am being called s**t all the time. It strikes me that inbetween roeder and the boo boys its a miserable dressing room. ....
mind you 4k a week has to be a compensation.
