Marshall twice didn't play to the whistle, lineswomen flags for offside - ref says play on

as ball was with Marshall, he then threw the ball out to where the player was offside luckily the Swansea players didn't react to it. He then done the same thing a few minutes later he threw the ball out to where he thought he should take the kick the Swansea striker started to go towards the ball and the ref bailed him out by blowing up.
