Respect

I think that this is where the biggest problem with Roeder lies.

The majority of fans definately don't respect him anymore after Tues night and now it also seems more and more obvious that the players don't either.

How many times has Roeder come out this season and said that mistakes are happening because of the players failure to listen to his instructions.

Whilst this could well be true, how does he really expect his players to listen to and do as he says if they think he's a prick?

Even if he's talking sense and is right, it seems fairly obvious that if the player he's giving instructions to has no respect for the guy, he's 10 times more likely to ignore what he's being told.

In any job, you don't have to like your manager but I'm sure it helps if you at least respect him and his position.

Roeder seems to have failed miserably at trying to achieve this within his team. He manages to install zero percent confidence and belief into his players and until we change our manager, I'm afraid I can only see us going in one direction

DOWN!!!
