To my simple mind there's a really clear insinuation here, that if Creo posted what he knows / believes, then he and Ben would be in trouble.

And what else would someone want to sue them for, other than an accusation of dishonesty?

Maybe I'm just being unimaginative. Maybe there's some other way he and Ben could get in trouble if he "said".

Such as, Creo?
