And, for sure, they might consider that not good value for shareholders.

Could be too that 20m of equity wouldn't be enough to take control in which case the loan repayment point would be moot. I would think that was doubtful though.

But I think a better explanation as to why this apparently generous offer was rejected (or somehow never received) would be useful
