If ?20m of equity is enough to give Cullum over-all control, and it seems likely that it would be enough, the bank can call in the ?16m loan immediately. Who's paying that? Delia hent got that sort of money, the club hasn't got it sat around doing nothing, you and I haven't got it. Either Cullum would have to stump it up, or it'd come out of the ?20m "for players".
