This is no personal judgment on Roeder

But it seems to me that a definite rot has set in amongst the fans about his management. I'm largely indifferent to him - as fans go I'm really quite remarkably apathetic - but obviously the seeds of discontent, sown by a mediocre start to the season (even if this should have been the expectation), are being fed and watered by a personal dislike of his demeanour and attitude towards the supporters (the flames of which were not so much fanned as doused with petrol at the AGM). The manager who has the total and unwavering support of the whole fanbase does not exist - there will always be the Selwyns of this world who masochistically thrive in doing down the club they 'love'. However, once the scales start to tip towards discontent, it seems to me that more often than not they start to tip more and more rapidly, and moreover very rarely tip back.

My point is vague I suppose, and having made it we will inevitably win the next 5 games and all will be (relatively) well once again. But I can't help but feel that we are approaching another critical point in a manager's tenure, and all to soon.
