I don't agree with Roeder

If you forget Norfolk altogehter you are at risk of missing out on players that could make the step up. No Chris Sutton and No Danny Mills.

On the basis he wants young players to play 'with men' I agree with LoJ Roeders setup does not allow this.

Arsenals Youth don't have much problems playing with men. I know we don't have that tallent, but 1 or two may have and we could be letting these players slip through.
