Mr Roeder states that this area doesn't produce players at the top level and thats a fact.
Youth players have to play against men to improve & before they are ready for 1st team duty (GR'S words not mine). I can't see how that can work in our set up as we have our Academy team & then the 1st team, a big jump in standard.
