They always take that long and sadly its often the same people who hog the mike.....

year in year out.

However the reason that you get the same question three times in a row is because often your question gets asked just before you are about to have your say.

I wanted to ask the board about investment but just before my turn the question was taken by a guy who wordrd it far better than I would have. Thankfully Jolly Roger then missed me out as I was lined up to be a couple later. I would have just said my question had been answered and let the thing move on. Sadly though some people like the sound of their own voice to much to do this!
