For a player like TAH to still be at a 'big' club - he's been actually scouted plenty. The same as I'm sure if someone offered us an Arsenal or Mafia 'Youngster' at the moment we'd be delighted.

Sure, they still need scouting to fit into OUR shower of s**te, but generally there are certain times when you can make assumptions.
