Cos you use it every time. Do you think they bought it on a whim? They thought, "I know - this'll f**k the fans off".

I am interested (and not looking for a trolling argument) in your opinion, rather than sarcy comments all the time.

I'm guessing it is an ill-fated investment with promise of further riches to ba had pre-property downturn.
