Yes...

...apparently I wasn't very quiet when I fell down them...I don't remember anything about it other than one second at top of stairs about to start walking down and next moment in crumpled heap at the bottom of them...

Apparently there was some water on the stairs and I went arse over tit when I stepped on to it...
