...I fell down the stairs on Sat evening and knocked myself out...have knackerd ribs and lovely old cut to me head...A&E gave me some nice pain killers that make me wanna have a little sleep each time I take them...

So yes, you're right for once - when I first take the pain killers I am indeed a lazy f**k...
