Loans v Permanent

Just thought we should think about the other side of the players in debate, the guys Roeders bought in who we own. I think its fair to say that Bell, Stefanovic and Clingan can all be considered excellent additions. Hoolahan and Pattison both have shown potential enough to suggest they will be decent buys too, even if they haven't quite got the consistency yet.

With loans there is always going to be a limited market, not all the players you'd want in can be available, so you take what you can to plug the gaps.

This is why I don't get the anti Roeder stuff, it is going to take time, another season at least before we can get enough decent players that we actually own ourselves before we can cut down on relying on loans.
Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the last few years you'd know we are screwed financially, I know thats another topic altogether, but for now we have to deal with the funds we have, so can we at least try and show some patience?
