I'm Angry - 96 Year-old Robbed in Norwich
A Bulgarian woman robbed a 96 year-old in Norwich and also robbed from a shop in Norwich. She denied it until shown CCTV footage.
The punishment was just a ?200 fine - and they didn't even make her pay that.
