I think it's interesting how we view footballers in this context

Almost everyone below has said basically don't even think about it just go. Yet if you were a Norwich City player asking that question you could be considered a Judas.

Personally I think it depends on how the company you're with has treated you. I'm sure if you wanted to leave there are ways you could make the transition as easy as possible for the current employers.

If, on the other hand your curent employers are a high street bank, f**k em.
