I think its a combo of that, a kind of loyalty, and how accesable the club is.

A lot of our crowd is families.
You see the prices for under 12's etc its bloody good value.
Combine the payment options as well and our crowds stay good largely because its easy to keep going.

I go because I love city, the decision to renew is easy though.
Can i still afford ?30 odd per month? Yes. Simple.
If the answer to that question ever becomes no I'll stop going (or if my mate decides he can't)
