City - relegated in 04/05 - today in 19th place (Worthy & Grant gone)
Soton - relegated in 04/05 - today in 20th place (Harry, Burley & Pearson gone)
Watford - relegated in 05/06 - today in 21st place (Ady gone)
Charlton - relegated in 05/06 - today in 22nd place (Curbs & Dowie gone, Pardew on the knife edge)

Leicester & Leeds - relegated in 03/04 - League 1

It is hardly possible that ALL these clubs have made the same mistakes, so is the conclusion now that bouncing back is the exception rather than the norm?
